Custom Art & Hygiene Notice

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and for strict hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Once an order for a hand-painted set or sizing kit has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

Sizing & Fit

At Astral Hue Nails, we use authentic Après Gel-X tips. Sizing is the responsibility of the customer. We offer Sizing Kits for purchase to ensure a perfect fit before you invest in a full set. We are not responsible for sets that do not fit if a Sizing Kit was not utilized or if measurements were taken incorrectly.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours by using the form that can be found by contacting us here. Please make sure to give your order # and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If replacement is approved, we will recreate your set and ship it out at no extra cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is scanned by the carrier (USPS/UPS), Astral Hue is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location. If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please contact your local post office to open a missing mail claim.
